My daughter is a Japanese food fanatic and we are vegans. So obviously finding a vegetarian Japanese restaurant was a dream. The food here was very good. The sushi rolls were simply excellent. Must recommend for vegans.

Wah…this place remains consistently good!!!! The gyoza and agedashi tofu were wonderful. All the other makis were amazing. My unagi don was so good. I polished off every grain.
Yixin WONG
I like this place. Its more flavoured than bespoke (at sunshine plaza) good for bringing non vegetarian friends there. That being said – bespoke is also good but it’s different – more for health conscious vegan friends or young kids.

Beyond the buffet, the ala carte experience deserves special mention. The private table chef experience adds a unique and personal touch to your dining. We sampled four dishes, and each was a standout: Grilled Handcrafted Fish in Teochew Style Broth: The broth was rich and flavourful. Crispy Tofu Balls with Avocado Mayo Sauce: A delicious pairing of textures and flavours. Premium Fresh Mushroom Platter: An eye-catching presentation with a dry ice effect, cooked right at your table by the chef. Claypot Mixed Rice with Pine Nuts & Chef’s Special Mushroom Sauce (for 4-5 pax): Another tableside preparation, where the chef cooks and serves this hearty dish fresh before your eyes. Lotus has brought buffet and à la carte dining experience to a whole new level.

I ordered the daily soup and horfun on Foodpanda. Have to say I was thoroughly impressed. The horfun had wokhei and crispy noodles. It was delicious and nutritious, with white fungus and mushroom and vegetables. I’m not a vegetarian and I must say that I’d eat Lotus’ horfun any day to the conventional one with meat. That’s how amazing it is. Same for the soup, which is packed with flavour.

My first time here and it has been a great experience. I came on a weekday for lunch after seeing good reviews. Food is tasty, appropriately priced, and was served fast. No long queues, and a great ambience as well. The staff were very attentive and professional. Would visit again.

Gokul Raaz Vegetarian is a fantastic Indian vegetarian restaurant offering authentic and delicious dishes. The menu includes favourites like dosa, biryani, and various curries. Went for birthday celebration. Was served by Mr.Rajaram. He was very helpful and provided an excellent service. The food was great too. Only the cake was not that nice but it could be because it was eggless. Nevertheless we had a very good diner. Highly recommended.
Gijs van Seggelen
We stopped by for a light Indian breakfast. While the ambiance isn’t overly romantic, it’s a functional and clean space. The service was impressive, and the food, though simple, was tasty and well-prepared.

Customer Reviews:

Went during lunch hour and had a pleasant experience. The vegetarian army stew was really good, with three different options to choose from, which was a nice touch. The kimchi pancake was decent but not particularly outstanding. On the other hand, the glass noodles were absolutely delicious and a standout dish for me. Overall, it’s a nice vegetarian restaurant with a good variety of options for those looking for flavorful plant-based meals. However, I found the drinks to be a bit on the expensive side, which could be improved. Still, it’s worth a visit for the food!

Another hidden gem at Chinatown, they serve different menu daily. Today, I had a laksa and baked noodles set meal, together with some snacks to share as well. There are many tables, thus finding a seat shouldn’t be a problem if it’s not peak hours. The aircon is strong and cooling, a great place to escape the heat outside.
Ah Boon
The Five Views Hall in the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple offers vegetarian food for a fee. It’s cheap and good, with a lot of choices, including rice and noodles, as well as bread, coffee, tea, sugar water, small cakes, steamed buns, glutinous rice chicken, etc. The waiters are all polite, except for the female staff at the tea station, the service needs to be improved. Please be kind and don’t throw food. Thanks.
