Their priority is to just push their brands. A typical example of the difference in service I exeperienced between Parisilk and a big store: When purchasing a cooktop to replace an old discontinued model, I needed a specific size with gas pipe on the right side. I had to talk to 5 different brand vendors at Courts and even so, was sold a range that did not fit. Parisilk looked up the specs for different brands until they found one that fit, and I didn’t even have to walk into the store. It was all accomplished over the phone and delivered to me within the week. We’ve built up such a trust that I’ve made numerous appliance purchases over phone and WhatsApp from Parisilk. It’s as convenient as online purchasing with the added benefit of real customer service. And, there’s always the showroom should you want to see anything in person. Today my dryer broke and Eric was able to advise me on a new model based on my needs and arrange my order with just a few WhatsApp messages, and the price was lower than everywhere esle.

II keep returning to this branch even though there’s one (not friendly) 10km nearer to my place. I’m that customer that do my research so I know what I want. Yet I welcome suggestions and advice from their sales team. On occasion, I went with their recommendation or advice such as when I was considering between a few brands of budget laundry machine, Alvin gave products advantages for me to decide. I went with the Electrolux and love it. Nobody is pushy. If you are considering Bosch products, this is the go-to store as some of their sales staff are Bosch-trained with in-dept product knowledge. Price-deals are competitive and I find products in this store are more reasonably priced than all other major appliances stores. VISIT THEM IN-PERSON and be surprised with a better deal.
