First time dining here as it is always fully booked. We came on weekday for lunch and managed to get a table. Food – delicious! We had the burger & it was yummy. Salad is fresh and zesty. The manager recommended for us to try the ravioli and it was also delicious. The pasta is slightly soft for me but overall it was great! Must try! Coffee was great too with decaf option. Service – was wonderful. They know their food very well. Would like to thank Melody for her great service which made our lunch date even better. Very professional! Ambience – relaxing and inviting! Willl definitely return.

What a fabulous discovery in a quiet modern mall! Chanced upon Merci Marcel late at night after 10pm. This late night treasure opens till 12am and isn’t your average drinking den in Orchard district. I had my first meal of the day after a whole day of work (Yes, at night!). I was greeted by a lovely French lady. The dishes there turns out to be just as amazing. ?Seabass Ceviche The seabass ceviche was more of a ‘Dry version’ rather than ‘Wet’ like the Mexico style. Seabass is fresh with citrus sauce & some pulps of mandarin orange beneath. Sweet potato was a lovely touch but I still prefer it to come with more milky citrus sauce (Probably due to French style). It comes with some toast but because the dish was dry, it was hard to eat the toast along with the ceviche. ? The Insane Salt Crystalised Butter So I got a salted butter which I had to pay S$2+. But mind you, this ain’t your regular butter and the brand isn’t typically found in supermarket! Once it touches your tongue, it melts instantly with its salt crystals bringing you through a roller coaster you have never felt before! ? Duck Parmiter Next is the main course. I was expecting a proper duck confit. Yet it came with shredded duck on top of a OMG melt-in-your-tongue (again) rosti. If you think Marche’s rosti is nice, you haven’t tried the ones here! They had interesting kombucha and ice tea blends served in a bottle. Staff are friendly. Overall, this being my first meal of the day before the clock strikes 12am was truly a dinner worth waiting! Definitely know where to have an amazing meal now! ? (Forget about Ion Orchard) ✍? Feedback • Stop serving the toast for ceviche. It’s pointless from a culinary experience. It distract our palate from the softness of the ceviche. The mashed sweet potato is dry enough— don’t add more.

Merci Marcel was a lovely experience! The Angus beef burger was super nice, juicy and flavorful. The ravioles were just right, with a nice balance of taste. I really enjoyed the cheese platter, especially the blue cheese and the truffle one (forgot the name, but it was so good!). The ambience is super chill and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Service was great too, with staff checking in from time to time to make sure everything was good.

Hidden away from the usual buzzing, this is a nice place where you can chill with family and friends. Though the place maybe a bit small, and if you need a bigger venue, you can try the one at Sunse way which can hold a bigger group. The place wide selection of nice food, good service, drinks, and a comfortable atmosphere to relax or wind down. If you are a stout lover, I personally would recommend that you try the “100 years” that is a milk stout which is smooth and creamy, it has coffee, chocolate notes which is something different from the normal stout. If you ou happen to be around, do give it a try.
Cyndi Poh
Charming little cafe on the far end of Blair road on the corner. Quite an extensive menu. Latte was nice. Service was great and friendly. Love the vibe. Insta worthy. Read that they actually have quite a long history but shifted location over the years. Will be back to try their other stuff.

I came here for a cup of flat white in late afternoon while waiting to go for my next appointment. The coffee has a rich aroma and a robust flavor, and I truly enjoyed the peaceful, inviting atmosphere in this small cafe. I only wish the cafe provide small bite, cake or pastry to go with the coffee.

Wonderful place for a brunch which is pet friendly! I brought my dog to come to have a walk at Henderson waves, then ends with a brunch here. They have indoor and outdoor area. The outdoor area is sheltered, so I don’t feel too hot with my dog sitting outside together. They have pet snacks available here too. Must try the special kaya toast with poach egg. The chicken wing is very delicious too! For the drink, try the wild seed flower coffee, with a hint of flower petal taste. They have colouring paper for children here too, so parents can enjoy themselves better.

What a gem! This cafe is your brunch dream place! Great food selection, wonderful and friendly staff, and lovely outdoor seating. The avocado toast was delicious and don’t skip on dessert! The strawberry shortcake was amazing! We’ll definitely come back here again!

Absolutely loved our visit to Summerhouse Wildseed Café! The Wagyu Beef Burger was juicy and full of flavor, and the Katsu Chicken Burger was perfectly crispy with just the right kick. Very lovely cafe parked in a landed housing area. Food is great, atmosphere is great and an overall nice area to come to study. Was my second time here and did not disappoint. Staff were very friendly and would definitely come back here again!
Kah
Highly recommend this cafe!! Their alfresco dining is dog-friendly and the staff were all super friendly and went out of their way to ensure that my dog felt comfortable! The food there was also really tasty, loved the fish tacos & breakfast combo for 2! The alfresco seating was also quite cooling, even during noontime 🙂 The vibes were really peaceful and cosy too! Just one comment, I was surprised by the presentation of the pet-friendly meals as it looked drastically different from the menu photos. I understand that it is easier for the dogs to consume but perhaps a note in the menu regarding its preparation would be appreciated! Overall, an 8/10 from us! Will definitely bring my dog there again!
Vani Patro
Unassuming little community cafe, which had hands down one of the best service in Singapore. Good customer service, so friendly, delicious food, lovely environment, pet friendly. What more could one ask for? We ordered the Chicken Thigh Croissant, French Toast, Veg Tempura, Flat White and each and every thing was up to the mark. It was all delicious! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good sumptuous brunch to walk into this cafe, order any dish or item of the menu, only to be pleasantly surprised by how good everything tastes.

Amazing Asia fusion dishes here! Loving the Ayam French Toast and Nori Prwn Pasta!! Their French pastries are sooooo good. It stays crispy even after 1 hour! Prompt service. Boss is friendly. Only 3 mins walk from Tan Kah Kee MRT. I will def be back soon.

Was looking for a quick bite and found the food items much to my liking. I contemplated to have a rosti but ended up with a Grilled Prawn Salad and a Coconut Latte. The prawns are not overly cooked and they are seasoned well, goes well with the salad dressing. A big portion that fills me well. The dehydrated coconut has a fragrant taste and my meal is definitely satisfying from the looks to the taste. A must return spot for me!
Daphne Yeo
Here for brunch.. They’ve got a wide variety from typical brunch food to pastas, bagels and rosti. Ordered their Breakfast Beast which has everything I wanted and am glad they were flexible in allowing the swap of bacon to ham. Everything was on point on this dish. We also ordered the Bagel with Chicken and it was a generous portion of chicken thigh nicely charred, sandwiched in their freshly made Bagel. Not bad but not outstanding either. Saw the neighbouring table enjoying their croissants which looked really good, shall try it next time. Service was excellent, attentive and friendly. It’s a small outdoor seating on Level 1 but they’ve got a bigger indoor seating area on Level 2.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Whisk & Paddle, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a cozy dinner or a casual brunch with friends. The menu offers a delightful variety of dishes, all crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I tried their signature pancakes, and they were simply divine—fluffy, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My partner had the avocado toast, which was equally delicious and packed with taste. What truly stood out was the attentive service. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. The staff genuinely seemed to care about our dining experience, which made the visit even more enjoyable. To top it all off, the coffee was outstanding—rich and aromatic, it perfectly complemented our meals. My 4th time here at Whisk & Paddle — and it never disappoints! Every dish I’ve ordered so far has been consistently delicious. What I’ve tried and recommend: • Chargrilled Ribeye Steak * • Korobuta Pork Collar * • Duck Confit * • Vongole Pasta • Crabmeat Linguine • Calamari • Vanilla Custard Danish *** (a must-try!) The food is great, service is excellent, and the dishes are served quickly with minimal waiting time even during busy hours. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality makes it worthwhile. I really hope they continue maintaining this high standard!
Mabbel Elroy
We love how there’s a cafe with a park in the heartlands. Food is good, service is normal, do expect to order via QR code at your table. But yes, no service charge. We like how there is kids menu and there is an option to opt for no salt, and even though we did not remove the salt, the food was tasty with less salt. Everything about this cafe is good, just that the price point is high. Prices listed is GST inclusive. Expect to use a common shared toilet with the public for park goers outside of the restaurant.

Wonderful weekday lunch. The drinks and food were nicely presented. Drinks were a pleasure to sip on as you soaked in the atmosphere. We enjoyed steak and onion rings. It was a pleasant meal.
Vijay Krishnamani
A beautiful restaurant in the middle of a slightly secluded spot of Singapore (far from the madding crowd!). Is in the middle of greenery and has a very vintage look and feel to it. Is a pleasant walk down memory lane for old timers and a curiosity for the newer generation. Has very good variety of non vegetarian food and very limited choices for vegetarians (who don’t have mushrooms). Pleasant experience and photogenic place.
Jimmy Yu
What a lovely place to enjoy a peaceful morning outdoors! The lush greenery creates such a relaxing atmosphere, making it the ideal spot to unwind. The steak and eggs were absolutely delicious—cooked to perfection. I also loved the smashed avocado and crab, which was fresh and flavorful. The service was excellent—attentive and friendly without being overbearing. And the best part? My Shiba Inu adored it here too! A definite win for pet owners looking for a great brunch spot. Highly recommend for a tasty, laid-back meal in a beautiful setting. Will be back soon!

Sat outdoors with family and doggy, it was cooling despite it being the afternoon, as there were ample fans. Food was very delicious and fairly priced, we enjoyed particularly the seafood pizza. Service was also excellent – helpful, pleasant servers who made the experience better. Would highly recommend to folks to drop by while at the Botanic Gardens.
Jeremy Moi
Nice quiet retreat away from the Hussle and bussle of the city. Food is expensive but expected, given it’s prime location. Food tastes fresh and we’ll thought out. Coffee is good. You do feel more relaxed being in such a green and quaint environment. We sat at the outdoor area, and the birds do come to you. It appears that people often feed them.
SSKK 2gether
First time visitor that has no reservation. They managed to give us outdoor seating but next to us is the cooling fan (lucky). Pizza ? is surprisingly good, cheesy and rich in flavor. Beef cheek pasta is great. Not a fan of fish and chip though. I’ll visit again.
