Receptionists were friendly and courteous. I was served a cup of ginger tea while filling up the information sheet and indicating the target areas for the 90mins full body massage. Was assigned therapist Thai and led into a spacious spa room to change. Therapist Thai was professional and a couple of times asked if the massage pressure was right. Didn’t feel any discomfort thought out the whole duration. Was also served a local dessert (Pulut Hitam) after the completion of the 90mins massage. Overall, it was a comfortable and soothing experience and environment, coupled with friendly staffs from Spa Rael. Truly felt great!

Went here for the first time recently and the staff are just wonderful. All the ladies made eye contact and smiled. they welcomed me and were very polite. I chatted with them and joked around. The staff are Lena, Carmen and Cristalle. I had a 90 minutes massage appointment and the massage therapist Mookie was fabulous. She did an amazing job and gave me tips after on how to relax the aching muscles at home. I have never even fallen asleep which getting a massage and this is the first time that I did. i already went ahead and booked my next appointment with her. Thank you ladies for a job well done.
