Workshops often upsell this. Unless you have skipped several oil changes and your engine has significant sludge buildup, a modern car using synthetic oil generally does not need an engine flush. Regular oil changes are sufficient.

This is a common question for workshops. It usually isn't a mechanical failure but a need for Wheel Balancing.
If the steering pulls to one side, you likely need a Wheel Alignment.
