Superb purchasing experience! I texted the listing on carousell around 1plus pm on a saturday. I confirmed payment around 2+pm. Initially supposed to deliver on monday. But i was too excited and decided to even drive down at 330pm before the pc was even build🤣. Nonetheless, i waited for less than an hour as he was busy with another customer, once he was done, i watched him build my pc, install drivers and updates and voila! Staff was also responsive to queries on WhatsApp even though it was late in the evening. I bought my pink rig from them in May 2022, and when my graphics card was having problems with BG3 in December 2023, I sent it in for a repair. They loaned me a graphics card so I could keep gaming while my card was being repaired (not by them, but by the company that sells the card), and warned me that it could take quite a long time. When it turned out that I couldn’t get my original card back and the replacement would be a black one, I asked to upgrade to the Galax. They promptly ordered it for me and updated me once it arrived. When I brought my rig to have it installed, the whole thing was done in less than an hour, just about enough time for me to eat lunch downstairs (the ban mian was recommended and it was good). Overall, Mansa is fast, open, and transparent in their communication. My overall downtime in almost two years of owning one of their rigs was the few hours in which I was shuttling it to their office and back home. I found out belatedly that they do home visits too.

I’ve built and upgraded my own PCs in the last couple of decades and now with too much on my plate, decided to seek help after seeing their incredibly high feedback score on Carousell.
