We had our wedding at The Villa and the experience was great.The venue itself was beautiful and perfectly suited for our preferences. We noticed there were trouble with the sound system (mic not working too well and sometimes the music stopped playing), our emcee handled it graciously and that was good enough for us.

Had my wedding at The Villa on 11 Jan 2025, booked the entire venue with ceremony in Batik room and dinner following that in the Courtyard room. The service was excellent from the start till end – Jen Veloso who handled the sales was very responsive and helpful, Mazni the event coordinator was communicative and ready to listen and accommodate our requests where possible, and John the banquet manager during D-day was very attentive, handling the event effectively. We didn’t have any expectations on the food as there was no food tasing, but they came out great in really generous portions! The beef cheek especially was melt-in-mouth delicious, earning thumbs ups from our guests. All in all, we had a blast having our event at The Villa. We felt very supported and held by the staff, feeling their genuine eagerness to see the success of our event, and we are very thankful for that!

She was attentive and keeping us updated, while making sure we’re enjoying the wedding day itself. Firstly, the Venue is beautiful – the fairy lights, the gazebo, the flowers, it’s everything I’ve always dreamed of and more. I was serviced by Joan for the prep and actual wedding day and I got to say I am very pleased by the prompt replies by her whenever me and my partner have questions. During the coordination meeting she is very detailed to make sure we dont miss out any part of the wedding day prep, and even asked us questions which never occured to us to think of before. Planning and preparing for your wedding will have you thinking of 101 things all at once, but with the constant communication with Joan and team we were able to enjoy the whole process with little stress.

From the start to the end, my husband and I had many questions along the way but they never hesitated to answer all our queries. From the program flow to the wedding day, everything was planned out in detailed with the coordinator. Regarding the food, my guest and I were really impressed with it as well. The restaurant really took in our feedback during the tasting session and everyone was complimenting on how good the food was. Knowing that we wouldn’t have time to eat, Joan made sure to leave some food for us and honestly we were very happy and impressed with the service.
