Inugoya took care of my fur kid Chow Chow when our family is overseas for vacation. Firstly I am really impressed with the boarding facilities – the place is new and well kept, very clean and provides CCTV access so that I can look at my doggo if I miss him. The staff are very attentive and friendly as well. I really love the way Inugoya keeps us updated on my doggo’s well being – they consistently send us updates throughout the day till my doggo is off to his sweet dreams at night. Inugoya even showered my fur kid before releasing him from boarding which is a really nice thought and gesture that I had not received from the other pet hotels. I would definitely choose Inugoya for my pet boarding in the future.

Maisy is under Ruth care whenever i’m away, Ruth always go the extra mile for Maisy and Maisy come back home feel happy and well taken care of. Casper, 13+yr old maltese doesn’t do well with other dogs(most likely due to his past owner didn’t explose him to miggle) but just after his staycation with ruth, he is learning the art of acceptance..and he is a happy dog too. This being her first time in such an environment, we were of course a bit apprehensive, but the crew there keep us updated several times a day with photos and info on Lani’s well being. We had access to her via cam app to check in on her 👌🏼. And we added some daycare sessions to keep her distracted and entertained. Robin has always been looking forward to his daycare/hotel stays and grooming in Petopia. They will try their best to assist and solve when there are issues arising, and will also occassionally check-in with me if he is due for grooming. As a first-time owner, they will share tips or how to better take care of him. While prices may not be the cheapest around, service quality is guaranteed. You won’t be disappointed

Been with Petopia for as long as I can remember. More than 6 years ago I found them online and has been sending my dogs there ever since. I only trust them with my dog because so far I have no issues with them. Every now and then they check with me regarding my dog’s skin issue when I sent for grooming/staycation. Rather than not telling me anything. I appreciate it a lot. And my dog also likes them 🙂 she’s usually a very shy dog. The new Petopia look is also amazing !! Larger space. Reminds me of a spa/clinic haha and the rooms are also much more nicer !! Like a 5 star hotel but for pets lol!!

Karen is very passionate and shares tips on dog trainings when I send my dog over to her for boarding service. She sends daily updates of my dog while I was away. Her place is located near Block 4 Joo Chiat multistorey car park, and there is a small open car park behind too, so I find it quite ok for driving pawrents to find a legit car park space when dropping or picking up. Her personal dog is also very gentle-natured and a great companion for my dog during the stay.

We received daily updates of our dog, regarding his stool condition, appetite and mood. Helped us to be more relaxed about him as we are enjoying overseas.
