This is a handy and safe taxi service for foreign customers. We needed taxi drives to get from a Singapore hotel to Mersing ferry and return drive from Mersing to Singapore Changi airport after having vacation in Tioman Island. Dates, times, and pricing was set up via rapid WhatsApp messaging when still at home. To get to Tioman Bluewater Ferry leaving early, and during CNY weekend, we had an early wakeup at Singapore hotel. Got WhatsApp confirmation the evening before, and our driver Ms Anis was there in time at 4:00 AM to get us to Mersing. She turned out to be a good and safe driver. And speaks english as well. She handled Singapore/Malaysia border crossing formalities. No need to even step out of the car. For the return trip we were lucky to have Anis waiting for us again. Again, drive was confirmed the evening before. In case of any changes of travel plans WhatsApp is an easy and free way to handle things as all hotels, etc. have free wifi. As we had some time to use before our return flight we asked Anis to suggest some mall to visit in Johor Bahru before proceeding to airport. Anis left us to Eon Mall and picked us at the entrance door as agreed. We were 4 adults and 1 child. Toyota Innova we had was clean and offered comfortable seats for everyone. It was large enough for the two larger luggage and everyone’s hand carry bags. I suggest, however, the wipers to be exchanged to have better visibility during light showers and mist we had during the taxi drives. As a summary, a very good experience with this taxi company.
