She replies very promptly and in a detailed manner. She is also very patient in her replies to my queries and provided recommendations to have breakfast in Malaysia. John was our driver from SG to KL, he arrived on time at our place and was very accommodating to our requests. Especially since we made a special request to stop by a drive thru Starbucks, he was very patient and helpful to find one for us 🙂 Sky was our driver from KL back to SG, he was very accommodating as well. Halfway through the journey we were hungry and he allowed us to pack some food from the R&R stops and eat in the car otw back so that we wouldn’t waste time, it certainly lifted our mood and experience 🙂 Overall, V6 is reasonably priced, payment method is also very convenient and straightforward, no hidden costs involved, vehicles are spacious, drivers and administrative staff are friendly and accommodating, the whole journey to and from was safe and timely (except for jams that cannot be avoided), will certainly engage them again for transport service into Malaysia
