1) They let me check all I want to and test out before I made my 2nd hand Xiaomi 13 phone purchase. I got it like 40% off the launch price and there is still a 1.5 years of warranty left. It’s camera, size and processor meet all my needs. Free screen protector worth $10 as well.
2) I was stuck with transferring data from my WhatsApp to another device, I could have stuck for several more days, they just help me without expecting anything in return, and solve the issue within minutes. I myself was considered very tech savvy but could not solve the issue.
