I have to say I really appreciate the short hair manager in the photo I have taken, she kept her service up to standard, always going the extra mile. The food here is good and I have came here consecutively for three days but the service is atrocious. The only saving grace for their service is their manager. The other floor waitresses in red are always acting busy, slow with their service, doesn’t even bother to clean the table, leaving the chore to the manager. What irks me most was the waitresses’ stupidity, I have ordered can drinks here over and over again but the same server doesn’t serve my drink with a cup of ice, making me repeat myself asking for a cup of ice. Pathetic service by the servers in red. Manager in black uniform is really doing the best she can, hope the company appreciates her hard work.

The service attitude is very good, and I will listen carefully to customers’ suggestions to improve the dishes. The taste of sesame sauce is very good, which can make people eat authentic Beijing flavor. The freshly cut mutton is very tender and suitable for hot pot.

Still a nice place every time we come here. yesterday we went early and got window seat with special nice view. The atmosphere is so pleasant and makes me to share this review. For service, staff are attentive and usually take the used plates & bowls. Especially the cashier girl kindly welcomed us and well-communicated. For food, marinated Korean beef is all time favourite. if steamboat also wants then need to add on $12 per table. Kids friendly also, can eat fried chickens, cheese fries and ice cream. Overall get good dining experiences.

Definitely make a reservation if you are looking to dine during the weekends as this place is usually very popular. You could choose from either their value or premium option. For its premium selection, there will be fresh prawns (legit fresh), beef, lamb; scallop and many more. Soup base wise was nothing too fanciful, tried four different ones but none of em really stood out. Service speed is commendable, you place your order through a QR code and 5 minutes after your order will be served promptly. For four pax, premium option during the weekend it’s gonna set you around $196. Not the most value for money option but good enough. Could’ve done better if they serve fruits and expand the condiments section.
Colin
Value for money buffet hotpot with wide variety of premium selection dishes at about $36 nett for weekday lunch. Ms. Fu Lian is especially friendly and attentive. The manager and other staff are also attentive and courteous. The service is good. Today is our second time here within a week.
Clo
The choice of food was amazing. We only had the ‘basic’ package which didn’t include premium cuts of meat or additional seafood but it was already more than enough. The food came out in a timely manner and the staff were very lovely and accommodating especially considering we had such a large and chaotic group.

Very pleasantly surprised by mu lunch experience at Happy Lamb Hot Pot. Superb value for money. Fresh and clean tasting lamb and beef. Soups are tasty and doesn’t have any MSG ( was not thirsty at all after eating) and really .. you don’t need any Dipping sauces. The nourishing marrow broth was the best. The set up and decor was also not what I expected. It looks more high-class, and has separate pods so it’s also convenient for business meals.
Tan ANGELA
Super worthy buffet during weekday! A lot of food options here and the ambience was good. Lamb lover must try here, but they do have seafood, beef, chicken and pork. Very fresh and tender. Variety of soup bases to be chosen. Can take their small dishes like black fungus, seaweed and fruit too. Personally love the mangolia yogurt as well. Very nice. Definitely will return here and have food feast again.

Offers both big sharing hotpot and individual hotpot, with two vegan soups, namely Vitamin C tomato soup and veg mushroom soup, with the latter being allium-free as well. Exciting and must-order dishes include the veg dumplings (contain alliums) and the beancurd skin seaweed. Absolutely love this hotpot experience and will be back!
Shane Wang
We tried 4 soup base and I must say it is very good. Food wise they are generally good. The seaweed beancurd skin stands out among the food we ordered. The staff is friendly. However service wise can be improved with more attentiveness and faster serving time. This I feel loose out to their competitor. You can also bring your own wine as there is no corkage fee.

1st time visit this branch. Nicely located at level 2, you can easily spot it when you enter via the car park to the lift lobby. Went there on Thursday, and they have 4 diners for the price of 3. It’s a buffet style with individual hot pot. You can choose between single soup or dual soup. While the buffet “price” is relatively reasonable, however, do note they charge for soup, and also drinks. We choose the $2.50 refillable drinks. You can order the meat & seafood via the apps, and they advised that we only use 1 mobile phone to make the order (instead of multiple phones). Also, at each order, you can only order 2 servings. Petty weird system to me. While you can order as many food as you like, they would remind you not to waste food, which is good. The prawns and meat are good, too bad, they don’t have prawn paste. They also offer free Xiao Long Bao, and also MINGO ice cream. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Was here for the hotpot buffet experience. Place is spacious and comfortable with great scents of hotpot in the air. Every customer gets their own pot and there is a great selection of different soups, and different ingredient servings to add. Xiaolongbao is great as well! Service is quick and prompt, and staff are polite. It’s slightly pricey but location is convenient as well. Will consider to be back another time.
Sihan Goi
Had dinner here with my wife on a Thursday evening. Originally wanted to have the standard buffet at $35.90, but was then told it’s an additional $6.90/pax for the soup base, so decided to take a beef and pork sets, which come with a choice of carbs, vegetable platter, soup base, and ice cream cup. We also had access to the sauce station, where we could mix our own sauce concoction with a variety of ingredients and base sauces. Food was not bad, but as I was hungry, we ordered another large beef (about 180-200g according to service staff) and extra bowl of rice. Total bill came up to be slightly over $80, which is cheaper than the buffet option and we both left very full. Service was OK. Some service staff were better than others, but they seem generally understaffed and it was often hard to get their attention.

Had a steamy and delicious time at 旺爐 City Hot Pot – Steamboat Home Delivery in One Raffles Place! 🌟 Tried their set for 2, and it was a hot pot heaven that warmed my heart and filled my belly! 🍲 Now, let me talk about the star of the show – the Braised Pork Rice. I tell you, it’s not your average hot pot add-on. It’s a game-changer, a taste sensation that sets 旺爐 apart. The pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the rice soaked up all those rich, savory flavors. Every bite was like a hug from your grandma’s kitchen – comforting and oh-so-delicious! 🥘🤤 旺爐, you’ve got the hot pot game strong! The variety of broth was impressive. The tomato and bakuteh soup was so flavorful, and the service was friendly. This place is a must-try for hot pot lovers!
