Located within Ritz-Carlton, Colony has a wide selection of food for their breakfast buffet: breads, noodles, eggs, yogurts, hams, and a variety of international cuisines (Japanese, Indian, Asian, local Singaporean and more!) available. Quality and presentation of food is great, although price is steep for breakfast. Definitely one of the better breakfast buffets I had in Singapore.

Located in Ritz Carlton hotel, it is on the 3rd storey. Hotel staff were very friendly and brought us to the restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant and the place was open concept so it had great lights and everything was clean. We came on a Saturday for the international lunch buffet. Food stations were located at a few places but easily accessible from our seats. Staff were around to help clear the plates and assist us whenever we needed a refill of drinks/tea. The desserts station was located near the entrance. Lots of assorted cakes and chocolates. There was an ice cream counter and a live station that served popiah ice cream. In the center of the room were the cheese & ham, salad bar, rojak live station, cold bar, and sushi stations. I really liked the salad bar which had a huge variety of salads for us to DIY and it was tasty. The cold bar was quite small and long queues were formed to take the seafood and sushi/sashimi. Not much seafood though as there were only prawns, snow crab legs, scallops, mussels, clams, squid rings. I’d recommend taking the prawns and scallops. The sushi wasn’t great and very limited while the sashimi were only salmon, tuna, and octopus. The cooked foods and juices bar were located in the room after the cold bar area and lights were dim. There were 4 types of juices which were nice. Cooked foods stations include pasta live station, Western, Indian, Chinese, laksa & noodles live station, steamed buns & dim sum. I like the wide variety of foods here and it was good to try a bit of everything. The western was very good especially the aged beef short ribs. Overall, the restaurant has great food and good service!

Best buffet in town! Hands down! The range of variety is excellent, the quality is impressive across different cuisine available. The cold cuts and sashimi are fresh while the hot food ( Chinese , western, local and Indian ) are all delicious and expected of a 5 star hotel. Service is impeccable and ambience is lovely . They are pretty busy even for a weekday lunch and I can see why . Will be back !

Oscar’s is an international buffet dining at Conrad Centennial Singapore level 1. It serves a variety of food including cakes and pastries. There is a noodle stall outdoors. Don’t give it a miss! There are indoor and outdoor seatings.

Excellent selection of buffet food items. The spread from local to international dishes, selection of seafood items, bread, cheese, bbq, laksa and fish soup noodles, Indian cuisine, and lots of dessert pastries, waffles and ice creams! One of the best buffet in terms of food quality and selection. The truffle mashed potatoes is a must try together with the lamp! Staff service was ok, could be better as the clearance of plates was a little slow, perhaps they are understaffed. Atmosphere is ok decent but also could be better with some piped music. Overall quality food and wide selection.
Gasper Chan
Food variety was quite extensive, including a fresh seafood section (with oysters, crayfish, prawns etc), sashimi, plenty of cooked food options. Loved the Tiramisu and chocolate fondue in the dessert section. Restaurant gives a corporate vibe, nothing special about the interior. Overall a decent place for an international buffet!

Not forgetting a special shoutout to Mr. Joe, whose exceptional customer service truly made our evening memorable. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time ~ Thanks, Joe. Highly recommend this place!

My boyfriend and I came to dine for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of food that were widely available! Definitely recommend the seafood buffet as it was fresh! My boyfriend went for about 2 dozens of oysters and he was enjoying himself during his time here hahaha. I, on the other hand, was enjoying their choices of dessert available! Compared to their meats, their seafood and desserts are more preferable here. We also had a waiter, Joe, that tended to our table, constantly helping us to clear the table of our plates and was very kind to assist us in the condiments and drinks that we wanted! The ambience as well was really clean and comfortable to be in. Overall, this was a really excellent experience that we had. 🙂

One of the most unforgettable food buffet we had for quite awhile. Joe did an outstanding job entertaining us and kept the wine glasses full. Overall the kitchen was the star of the show. The kitchen team cooked some spectacular dishes. Been to other buffets in Asia and I could definitely say the Estate is up there with their seafood night buffet.

Wide selection of seafood, local and international cusines, desserts! The food was fresh and delicious, definitely cater to all taste buds. Seating area is huge, they have tables to cater both small and large groups. Service staff is not as attentive probably understaffed but chefs are always replenishing food! Buffet spread was neat, decorated so enticely! CNY vibes 🐲 🧧Though would like to highlight they lacked beverages. They offer only water and coffee. Other drinks are on ala carte menu. I believe this venue can be booked for wedding as well. Seating area is huge but do note there are pillars around. It was great time spent for CNY Lunch. Seats near windows can get really warm but the view of MBS is impeccable! 💯

Great selection of both local and international food. Came on a Thursday and wasn’t too crowded. Service was very good with the staff being very attentive and helping to clear the plates fast.

Very Satisfied. Today, unexpectedly they have 30% discount, so we feel really worth it. Fooe is very nice and service is also good. Since this is an international buffet, of course their price is also of that range. For their full menu, you may call them.

A good food lineup of international cuisine to enjoy at own pace. Excellent customer service. Despite the overwhelming crowds (diners taking additional tables along the walkway outside restaurant), the service team was friendly & greeted everyone with a smile. They were prompt to clear our table & proactive too. A staff brought us extra napkins when he noticed that we could use some more. They also served cappuccinos when requested. A wonderful lunar new year lunch. 😊

Great place to eat an international buffet spread! Great place to enjoy good food including our Muslim friends as the food is halal-certified. Has a widespread of desserts, sashimi, international food, Indian food, salad, warm/cooked food. One of the best place for a buffet in Singapore. Sumptuous meal indeed. If you find the price affordable, it would be quite worthwhile. 🙂
Abraham Lee
Here for a company dinner and felt it was a great international buffet choice. It is one of the few halal hotel buffet choices which caters for a diverse group. Thought the food choices were pretty good, and the popular lines were the seafood (oysters, crabs, lobsters) and Japanese sashimi area which were all fresh and tasty. I liked the live station laksa which was particularly tasty. Good dessert choices as well. Staff were attentive and cleared plates at almost every instance the food was completed. They open sharp at 630pm and is always relatively crowded and packed.

First time trying out the international buffet and I would say there are some hits and misses, but overall still enjoyed the food experience! My friend really liked the chili crab! I would say the sauce is really not bad and yummy😋but don’t expect it to be spicy~ Atmosphere was good too because it was rather chill, not too crowded. Glad to be offered the complimentary birthday cake upon request too! Special shout-out and thank you to the waitress who served my friend and I as she was very polite and really giving her best in serving us despite being busy. Her name is Sakina/Sakinah(so sorry if I spelt it wrongly…) but yes, was a very pleasant dining experience! 😊 definitely quite worth the price with the 1 for 1 promo!

The breakfast buffet is not bad, quite standard. There’s also local cuisine on top of international ones.

Halal international buffet with quite an interesting variety of foods and dessert. Indian food and Malay food was quite good. The stir fried black pepper prawns were massive and very fresh. There is something for everyone here and they do basic items like mushroom soup and even their aglio olio well. I had one of the best satay I have ever had here as well. There were limited Xmas items but they did try to bring in log cake, roast beef, sausage and other Xmas classics e.g. roast chicken. The 1-1 deal makes it quite value for money (around $38 per pax after tax via chope vouchers). Central location and affordability makes this a good place to host year-end retreats!

A wide range of delicious food choices. From International to Indian, Chinese & Peranakan food, they had quite a spread, which was why I chose this buffet for my family of 10. The staff were warm and welcoming. Especially to Mr. Tamil, Mr. Abishek and the 1 lady staff who was tirelessly topping up our drink orders for us. I was impressed when they offered us warm water or ice water choice, usually we would have to ask for warm water. Beautiful setting, located on the second floor with view of the pool. We were there for my brother’s birthday celebration. They even hid the cake we brought for him and brought it out later to surprise him. My family had a wonderful time. We thank your staff for taking care of us splendidly.

International buffets at hotels are usually more synonymous with quantity rather than quality, but J65 is an exception that stands out with tasty food. They offer a decent spread – seafood (prawn and mussel) on ice, sushi, laksa live station, diy kueh pie tee, a variety of Asian dishes (e.g. kung pao chicken, fried kway teow, butter vegetables) and a delectable spread of dessert. There’s also a beverage counter (including a selection of Shangri-la’s own teas), bread station and cheese platter. Worth a second visit, especially when there is 1-for-1 promo! 😄👍🏻
JK Leong
There was a 3+1 lunch promotion, which was the one we went for. Food variety was above average and for the price, it was a good deal in my opinion. Like the mee goreng and laksa. This place is halal, too. Place is easily accessible too, next to mrt and tanglin mall. Wheel chair friendly too.
Syirah Abdullah
Seafood spread is impressive, fresh and tasty. Service was excellent, the staffs were attentive, professional and proactive. Thank you for making it a great experience having a birthday dinner at J65 – complete with bday balloons (such a thoughtful addition!) and complementary bday cake.
