One of the best rojak around and the long queue is testimony of how popular this stall is. The sauce that coats the ingredients that make up this dish has the right balance of sweet, sour, umami and spiciness. Ask for more chilli if you prefer it more spicy. The generous heap of chopped peanuts adds crunch to the dish. Definitely worth the wait.

Best rojak in Singapore in my humble personal opinion! The sauce was potent and addictive – sweet, sour and spicy! Adds depth and different texture to a simple plate of rojak! Fresh and crunchy fruits and crispy veggie! Love every bite! Refreshing especially during this hot Singapore weather! Queue was about 10-15mins.

Be prepared to queue. Authentic rojak stall run by a friendly uncle. The stall has been there for many years. The rojak portion may be slightly small but filled with yummy ingredients. The price is reasonable. The stall opens from 1pm onwards and closed on every Tuesday. My go to rojak stall whenever I am near Bugis.

This Rojak shop is open until late at night in a hawker center. This is a bar that is open until later than a hawker bar that serves alcoholic beverages. I went there just after midnight, but it seemed like a famous Rojak shop, and there were customers even at this time. The owner, an old man, is very kind and will ask you about the size of your Rojak and whether you want it spicy. I had it hot, but don’t worry, it’s just a little spicy, not super spicy. The taste is just delicious. I ate Rojak for the first time, but I didn’t expect it to be this delicious. It looks like pineapple, cucumber, youtiao, etc. are mixed with something like shrimp-flavored peanut miso. It might also be good to have as a late night snack. I devoured it in no time. I would like to eat there again the next time I go to Singapore.

Undoubtedly the best rojak in Singapore and maybe even beyond! Have been supporting Uncle and family for more than a decade. Items are toasted and made fresh upon order and remains crispy even when coated with rojak sauce and taken away. Rojak sauce is well balanced in flavour and brings out the best in taste for the dish. Peanuts are also homemade which is one-of-a-kind that you can’t find elsewhere. Very humble and friendly owners too. Uncle opens till late (2am) and is the best supper fix for me.

What more can I say about this stall, which has a storied history and many food awards to its name? Their version of rojak really looks like a big mess (see photos of the same dish taken from two angles). As if some poor student had a failed chemistry experiment. But the moment you look past the aesthetically displeasing sight, that would be the moment you become immersed in the explosion of different tastes and textures that this dish ($5) provides. You can’t help but notice the very generous layer of ground peanuts covering the entire dish, as if peanuts had been completely immune from food price inflation. Another thing that immediately stands out is their special rojak sauce – quite unlike what other stalls serve. A unique blend of many flavours woven into a sweet and delightful paste. I ordered the chilli version and detected some mild spiciness in it. I think this was deliberate so that the chilli does not overpower the fine balance of the rojak sauce. There was some jellyfish in the dish to add to the cacophony of textures and flavours. I even saw some lettuce leaves – don’t recall this being added into any other rojak that I have tasted. Interesting and refreshing. A $5 well spent!

Love the youtiao, light and crispy. Lots of varieties of fruits, guava, mango, pineapple. They added in cucumber that added great crunch to it. Like the prawn sauce as it is not too gao so that it doesn’t feel so jerlat. Is a good plate of rojak.

Did a take away, and requested the sauce to be separated. The lady gave me a pre packed sauce, and the other items. It was a good portion of sauce as i could add more of my own ingredients with the left over. The sauce is to my liking, just like what i used to have, and it has an old-school taste – nostalgic. I had the privilege of trying Adam A Indian rojak today for my lunch. What is usually a crowded affair at Ayer rajah food centre was quiet today due to the Ramadan season and so I didn’t have to wait long to have my craving satisfied. Firstly the store was clean and brightly coloured with a mosaic of different rojak selection to choose from. Adam A is a family affair, run by a lovely couple and their 3 children. One of their daughters recommended her favourite selections which in the end, I ordered – boiled potato, cuttlefish, he piah, prawn fritters, coconut fritters, vege fritter, tau kwah and fish cake. They were perfectly fried and not oily at all, unlike some others I tried. The gravy was rich with loads of peanut bits and was sweet and spicy. I also ordered the lamb shank biryani which was was rich with spices and fall of the bone tender meat!! The curry was amazing too- spicy, flavourful and had a satisfying!

Was looking for a good rojak place near Serangoon and found this. Was surprised at the coffeeshop as we had been to Sin Heng Kee opposite many times opposite but never knew about this place. Looks newly renovated, airy and bright! The $4.50 rojak was sufficient for 2 of us to share. Really enjoyed the crispy stuff and fresh taugeh in addition to the usual ingredients. Everything tasted good 👍 Will be back next time!
