Staff were really courteous and helpful, and even offered us a free large snack platter. Their room could comfortably fit 17 of us, and had sufficient amenities for us to enjoy the evening. The price paid for a 2-hour session also came with free drinks (e.g., coke, green tea, honey ginger, etc.). Nice experience! Booked the VIP room 777 for a birthday party for about 30 ppl and I must say it was a very good deal. All my friends enjoyed the night very much and the space and sound system together with a darts and pool machine in the room really made the night fun! The screen was also big and nice and we could adjust the atmosphere and lights to our liking. The room had a total of 5 mics which allowed everyone to have their share of mic time. They did some simple deco for us for the birthday party too! Appreciate it!

Just had my wedding recently at 7th heaven KTV and Cafe! Shermain and her staffs are all very friendly and responsible to ensure the event run smoothly! The KTV experience done right. I love it. It’s refreshingly different. It is expensive though because you’re having fun singing and you don’t want it to end and you won’t know when you’re adding hour after hour to keep the fun going. So make sure you’re prepared with your budget or have a hard stop on time because the experience is addictive! 2 hours should usually be enough. We were down 1200 SGD in 3 hours between 4 people.

Surprisingly quiet haunt in a key part of Orchard Road that deserves more business! Was able to walk in at 7pm to get seats for my party of two. There is even pool tables beside the dining area in the vicinity of the store; making this a potentially good place for corporate hangouts. The food served is a Western-Korean fusion; with items such as Wings, Popcorn Chicken and Milkshakes on the menu. Dessert selection is pretty great as well.

Great place if you want to belt your lungs out or sing your blues away. Great song selection and excellent sound system. Rooms are quite spacious and soundproof, so no need to fear if you’re just learning songs or wailing.
Weekends are very crowded (including Fridays), so do try to book if you want a room. The open mic area is very happening on the weekends too. The crowd tends to be very friendly and inclusive, so if you can’t get a room it’s a great alternative option.
