From the moment I walked in at Truly Enamoured I felt very welcomed and my stylist, Karen was truly very helpful and kind. At first, I honestly thought after I signed they would treat me differently but to my surprise up until the very last fitting I was treated very well. It was genuine and was not superficial. I also got a dress from the Ivory Bridal but, every visit my stylist changes. The quality of service was also not the same. But Karen from Truly Enamoured has been with me from the start and made every fitting perfect and seamless for me. All the request I ask she also willingly advised the best option. When I brought my family to the boutique as they all travelled to Singapore to see me with the gown, Karen treated them so nicely and patiently showed them the different options. Highly recommend TE for your wedding gowns if you are looking for beautiful pieces with exceptional service. While the prices are not cheap, i feel that the gown selection and service do justify the price tag (I also got a good deal when TE was doing an event, do look out for those). Lynn was very patient and attentive when helping me figure out which gowns I want for my AD. The process includes multiple gown try-ons, measurements and fittings, including instruction videos sent to me to make sure my helpers know how to handle the gown. When i had a last minute request to try on new gowns for my second wedding, Michelle helped out and was really professional and patient with the entire process.

(this was my 12th bridal shop because I just couldn’t find anything elsewhere) On my first visit, Kenji asked me to look around while asking me what my wants were. He very generously asked me to try as many as I want. 2nd dress and I fell in love. Every single detail on the gown was immaculate, thoughtful and elegant. The beads and lace were flawlessly sewn. Kenji is so experienced and unlike other bridal gown assistants I’ve met. He made sure the gown fit me, instead of getting me to fit the gown.
