It is located a little far off from the main town but very good space for kiddos to play. It’s got trampoline, game center(arcade games, ping pong table), and structured play area. We attended birthday party event for our 7yr old son and he had great fun. 🙂

Held my daughter’s 6th year old birthday party at AMPED and the feedback received from my guests were excellent. My daughter’s friends went back to school next day and proclaimed that the best birthday party of the year was my daughter’s party at AMPED! The venue is huge and is able to comfortably host adults and children alike. There are plenty of games suitable for the young and the very old. If you are looking at hosting a party for adults and children, then look no further than AMPED! Special thanks to Woon Yong and Rusdy. This is the first time we held a birthday party at trampoline park and Woon Yong provided us with good advice and help on the day. Rusyd helped host the party on the day with the kids and everybody went home delighted!

I redeemed the vouchers from Gardenia lucky draw and the process online and on-site was seamless. My children had loads of fun and burned a lot of energy. The crew coordinated each area well and my children were able to play in every area. Two hours was definitely more than enough and the bouncing tired them out. They remained watchful and made sure that only one jumped on each trampoline. There is no need to reach 15 minutes earlier for the briefing as the children were briefly briefed during the issue of their tags and when the time reached, they were allowed entry while the previous batch of people left.

The kids had a blast on my son’s 5th birthday. We got the Unhosted Party package which includes Bounce backpack, grip socks, water & snacks. You can add more things on your own. The place is huge and spacious. We didn’t have space issues as the party was on weekdays. They are quite strict with 1 person per trampoline for safety reason which is a good practice. The team was very cooperative throughout emails. On the event day the team was helpful especially handling 14x kids. They also assisted in taking pictures, serving the food and cake. The only thing they can improve on is F&B sections. The food choices were only pizza (all halal) during weekdays. They snacks mostly are ultra processed food & junk snacks. However the team was accommodating as I’ve mentioned the food restrictions we had. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a party for your kids & adults too!

Good place to bounce, trampoline material are pretty good compare to other trampoline place. Staff are alert at all times and they are very strict able safety, which is a good thing!! Who wants to leave the place injured? You are suppose to have fun instead of injury. So good job to the staff. Their approach is also in a good manner. Everyone there is helpful. So 10/10. Thumbs up If you want to bounce, get a group of 4 to get promotion or join the membership. Is better to book in advance as you wont know when will be crowded.

Staff are friendly, my 3 years old son enjoy the space theme playground here. There is a mini kitchen, ballpit and trampoline to play! Easily spend 1-2 hours here! While another parent can run errand! Do bring back the discounted price for second adult accompanied! Thanks!
Nicholas Braman
Very nice play area with lots of activities for the kids! Big ball pit, kitchen area and small bit fun trampoline. Very crowded on a Saturday, but that’s expected especially during school holidays. The only thing that is not great is that one of the climbing areas is too small for adults, but it is a tube so if the kids go through to the other side the parent needs to climb all the way down and run all the way around to reach them again. Probably need to be cautious with those who are 2-3 years old or not so independent.
Janice Khiew
Suitable across different ages, kids had fun at the “market” buying stuff. Have good amount of slides and has a trampoline. Not that crowded too.

I’ve been here 6 times in the span of 4 years (pre-covid 19 days + post-covid 19 days) and I must say that the cleanliness, foam toys, ball pits and equipments are all well maintained. In terms of the service, the staff are very friendly and understanding. The big blue slide is amazing and I’ve seen many adults enjoying themselves on it too. The trampoline is pretty fun too and I’ve seen grown men trying to be like Michael Jordan. The play area caters to the young and the older kids as well…which is good as they won’t get bored easily. It’s quite a huge indoor playground so be prepared to crawl, climb and roll around if you are trying to catch up with your younger kiddo!

Kids are always happy and having a time of their life. In particular, my boy prefers trampoline as it’s spacious and clean. My girl likes the long slide and of course play the signature ‘impact wall’ with her friends. Food is great served from their bistro. You can even request for additional condiment if needed. I can do my tasks while waiting for my kids. Overall, place is clean, staffs are nice & cooperative, food is good! I’ll definitely recommend for all the parents out there 😊

If you’re searching for a spot where kids can burn energy, laugh nonstop, and explore safely, look no further. My family and I recently visited and we are impressed with how good it is. First of all, the prices are affordable for a 2hr session. Secondly, the staff here are wonderful. From the moment we went in, we were greeted warmly and they even helped us register when the self register kiosk wasn’t working. Thirdly, the cleanliness is top-tier! The staff sanitizes equipment regularly, and socks are mandatory (provided if you forget). Lastly, I appreciated the attentive supervisors stationed around play area who intervened gently when kids get rowdy but yet allow kids enjoy their independence. Thank you T-Play Khatib!

Melissa Yeo
Read many bad reviews but decided to give it a go since it’s nearby. We went on a Tuesday afternoon around 3pm and my boy totally enjoyed himself. There was no more than 5 kids so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The place was big, bright, clean and the staff though spoke little English, was smiley and nice. There were many different stations like trampoline that was huge and spacious, 2 sand pits that were laid with nice fine pabbles instead of the big ones that hurts when you walk, but not very safe for tiny toddlers, slides, water play, kinetic sand play pans, dress up play area and climbing walls etc. There is also a digital draw section which was interactive and fun. I thought 2 hours was long but it was not quite enough for my boy. Maybe the bad reviews came from people who went in the weekends when it was crowded and understaffed? Just guessing.
Rebecca Maki
I just found out about this new place last week… We love indoor playgrounds so much. Glad Punggol has one more indoor playground and it’s so big (spacious) and a lot of stations. The price is reasonable $32~$35 per child + adult. Additional $8 for games outside the indoor playground. But if you are a member it will be cheaper by $3. I spend 3hrs there with kids, play non stop plus shopping. They have “sparkle” shop there selling kids toys. I always bring kids to the indoor playground once every 2 months. Will definitely visit here again n again. By the way, very important, their front desk staff is very super duper friendly and nice. And the staff inside the playground too. And they keep the place so clean and neat. I can see the staff nonstop walking around to check the toys and floor.

HUGE place. One of the biggest we’ve been to. Reasonable price. Kids enjoyed themselves so much. Definitely coming back again.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
2. What should I wear to a trampoline park in Singapore?
It is advised to wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for a full range of movement. This includes items such as T-shirts, athletic tops, shorts, or tracksuit bottoms. It is important to avoid wearing clothing with sharp studs, buckles, or other accessories that could tear the trampoline mats or cause injury.
Most trampoline parks require or provide a special pair of grip socks for safety. These socks have rubberised soles to provide better traction on the trampolines and reduce the risk of slipping. You may need to purchase these grip socks on your first visit, but you can usually reuse them for subsequent sessions. It is also a good idea to remove all items from your pockets and any loose jewellery before you start jumping.
3. Are there age, height, or weight restrictions at trampoline parks?
Yes, most trampoline parks have specific age, height, and weight restrictions in place to ensure the safety of all participants. While many parks cater to a wide range of ages, from toddlers to adults, some areas or activities may be restricted. For example, some venues have a designated area for younger children under a certain height, or they may have height requirements for more advanced features such as the "Leap of Faith" or a wall run.
Additionally, most trampoline manufacturers impose a weight limit for safety reasons, which is typically around 120 kg. It is important to check the specific requirements for the park you are visiting before you make a booking. Waivers must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for all participants under the age of 18.
4. Are food and drinks available at these parks, and can I bring my own?
Most trampoline parks and indoor play areas in Singapore have an on-site cafe or a designated dining area that sells a variety of food and drinks. This is a convenient option for families and groups who want to refuel during their visit. The offerings typically include light snacks, meals, and beverages for both adults and children.
However, many venues have a strict policy against bringing in outside food and drinks, particularly into the trampoline court areas. This rule is in place for hygiene and safety reasons, as spills can create a slippery surface and a hazard for jumpers. If you have specific dietary needs, it is advisable to check with the park beforehand to see if they can make an exception or if their cafe has suitable options for you.
5. Do trampoline parks in Singapore offer birthday party packages?
Yes, birthday party packages are a very popular offering at many trampoline parks. These packages typically include a dedicated time for jumping, a private party room for celebrations, and a variety of add-ons such as food, drinks, and party bags. The staff often helps to organise the activities, making the event stress-free for parents.
You can usually choose from different package options based on the number of guests and the level of service you require. Some parks may even offer special themes or hosted games to make the party more memorable. It is recommended that you book your party well in advance, as these slots are highly sought after, especially on weekends.
6. What are the general safety rules I need to know?
Safety is a priority at all reputable trampoline parks, and there are a number of rules that all visitors must follow. These rules are in place to prevent injuries and ensure a fun experience for everyone. Some of the most common rules include having only one person on each trampoline at a time, avoiding double bouncing, and refraining from rough play or wrestling.
Additionally, jumpers should always be in control of their bodies and only attempt tricks and moves that are within their ability. Most parks strictly prohibit jumping from trampolines onto the walkway or padded areas, and a zero-tolerance policy is in place for food, drinks, or gum on or near the trampoline mats.
7. Are there fitness classes available at trampoline parks?
Yes, many trampoline parks and specialised studios in Singapore offer structured fitness classes. These classes, often referred to as 'rebounding' or 'trampoline fitness,' provide a low-impact yet high-intensity workout.
