JOYCE IS A-MAZING! You know how these things are, you might be thinking most of them from retailers don’t really have good after-sales service, but no! We met Joyce from Audio House Ubi, she walked us through all the appliances carefully after asking the right questions and surveying our true needs. She made sure that we made the right choices within our budget and was very clear to discuss each benefit of the product clearly. Upon purchase, she sent us the measurements for our contractors. Along the way we met with some hiccups of installation (with our own contractors) and each time she was very prompt and quick to help us. Very long review indeed, but her service completed the experience and really took away part of our stress from the whole renovation experience which was great. I can’t ask for more!

I would like to compliment the sales team of Miele, especially Rikko and Subhas. Rikko has been very attentive, patient, polite and professional right from my first contact with her. I bought my washer from her and I wondered why didn’t I buy direct from Miele with my 1st washer and dryer years ago. I have been shopping around for a vacuum cleaner, and Rikko convinced me that Miele outbeat the rest as it is the only cordless vacuum cleaner that can stand on its own! We decided to change our full air-conditioned system for our flat. We did take some time to decide and had many questions that the sales guys helped us with. The sales guys know their stuff and will explain in simple terms pros/cons and possible situations.
