The star here is well earned for this Michelin restaurant. The flavor infusion was great the presentation was amazing, and I really enjoyed watching the meals being created from the serving bar. I highly recommend the wine pairing to accompany the meal.
Bev A
Their nori bread is my absolute favourite – second time here and it’s still as good as I remembered it to be. It’s fluffy and incredibly umami. One of the best bread course I’ve had. Kinmedai broth is creamy, silky and full of flavour. Ambience, service and food is always good here, although I did prefer my first visit’s menu a little more. Will definitely come back again.
Wang
Love this place, the food was very good, so as the service. Love all their dishes.

I have been a loyal patron of Jaan for many years, celebrating various family occasions there because we truly enjoy the food and the ambiance. However, it’s the exceptional service that stands out.On October 24th, 2024, I visited to celebrate my mum’s birthday and had the pleasure of being served by one of your professionals, G. She left a lasting impression on our dining experience. G was genuine, down-to-earth, and provided just the right amount of space for my mum and me to enjoy our lunch comfortably, making us feel right at home. Her casual conversation added warmth to our table, contributing to an impeccable experience worthy of a 2 Michelin Star restaurant! G’s wonderful personality truly enhances the dining experience. Thank you so much, G!

The food was truly exceptional. Each dish was a flavor sensation, with every bite a testament to the chef’s skill and passion. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every mouthful, and the presentation was simply stunning. My two friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Marguerite on 16 August 2024, Friday The staff had been very friendly and attentive. We felt so relaxed and pampered. We have informed our family members and friends and would certainly be back for more dining enjoyment. Special thanks to the Executive Chef Michael Wilson who has been so accommodating to change our dishes when we could not eat the raw wild yellowtail kingfish(due to personal preference for cooked food) Also special thanks to Alberto and Gustavo for their excellent hospitality. We are all grateful and happy to have experienced an excellent lunch and followed by an awesome visit to the Flower Dome.
Rina Feast (That’s How We Feast)
We visited Marguerite in August 2024, and it was a fantastic dining experience! The meal was exceptional, with the melon almond as the first dish and many other appetizers leaving a lasting impression. A delightful bonus is that you can enter the Flower Dome free of charge. The service was top-notch, making our visit truly memorable. Highly recommended!
Wei Li Wang
Great atmosphere! The staff went beyond for us which I’m thankful for and the food was amazing. Also a bonus pass to the flower dome just finished off a lovely experience.

Customer Reviews:
Bee Teng Lim
JAG is one of the most exceptional restaurants I’ve encountered, led by a talented team that continuously reinvents itself. They craft unique combinations of ingredients and flavors you’d never imagine could harmonize so perfectly, delivering delightful surprises with every visit. What began as a simple inquiry led them to go the extra mile to source rare cheeses that are hard to find in Singapore. Beyond the outstanding cuisine, we enjoy engaging conversations with the team, gaining insights and discovering new ingredients, cheeses, and beverages along the way.
Yiling Ding
Exceptional service, incredibly attentive and thoughtful. My partner pointed out how there was always someone available to assist with his chair and that his napkin was always perfectly folded when he came back from the washroom. Little details like that are telling of the level of professionalism shown by the staff.
Yerin
An amazing experience! There was a small mix up with the menu by the staff, but it wasn’t a big issue. I’ll definitely visit again!🧡🥕🍃🍁

Customer Reviews:

Elegant, grown-up dining room. The food is good – classic French with a slight twist – and excellent value at lunch, which explains the full dining room. But in my view sometimes there is a tendency to over-elaborate the dish with too many ingredients / components. What stood out for me was the service. There was a slight misunderstanding with the orders for our mains, but the recovery was seamless and lightning fast – ranks among the best of the Michelin restaurants in SG.

Lunch omakase was amazing. Thanks for the great service as well. As compared to other Michelin starred restaurants, i thought Rhubarb delivered similar (or better) dining experience with slightly lower price point. Very pleased with my birthday lunch!!!
Whykay Tee
Wonderful experience. Selected 5 course lunch omakase. Truffle emulsion was intense in a good way. Winner for me was the grouper with passion fruit. Well balanced dish. Thank you Paul and team.

Melvin L
One of the best michelin restaurant I. We’ve experienced! The food and wine is amazing. Not too formal but a Fun-dining experience. Everyone is very professional and friendly, from the waiter and waitress to the manager and the chef. The only issue is the business meeting on one table that spoiled the whole atmosphere.
Koh Eunice
Service was OK but not top notched. Area is small and too confine. Able to hear conversation of the next table. There was a food smell when we entered. Abit lacking in standard for a Michelin restaurant. However, food compensated for the lack of the atmosphere and service. Food was excellent! Ingredients were very fresh and flavourful. Must try their pan seared scallop, tempura scallop, fish, grilled eel, duck confit and mochi dafu.
Helen Ng
Savored an opulent five-course feast at this Michelin-starred gem. Here, the Japanese chef ingeniously employs French culinary finesse with the finest, freshest imports from Japan. Expect nothing short of exceptional service, where every detail is meticulously attended to, enhancing the dining experience.
