Environment+vibes are good, and it always feel like coming back to our second home at LFMT. 🏠Hahah so yes if you’re looking to pick up a new skill and a regular routine, come and try LFMT! 🥊💯

Decided to try out muay Thai boxing because I was too bored with gym. Chris was my trainer. He’s friendly and understanding. If you need a breather, he will understand. He will make sure your footwork is OK and you’re punching correctly. Pretty nice guy. Looking forward to coming back. Things to note: You don’t have to wear shoes as its barefoot. There is no ac but it’s good for the exercise cos you’ll be sweating a lot.

Took an intermediate class by kru yihui – thought it was well structured and covered a good mix of MT cardio + technique. Drills at the beginning of class were built into the bag work combos at the end. Liked the fact that besides the main trainer, the other trainers also correct your technique during class/pad work – not all MT gyms/trainers bother to do that. 5/5 would recommend. Only con is that the gym entrance is quite nondescript so it can be difficult to find it amidst the shops.

A great gym where all the other members are super friendly and the coaches are very attentive in every single class. I started out with zero knowledge and experience in boxing and muay thai, and was able to pick up the fundamentals of both sports under the watchful eyes of the coaches. The community at Rebel is also very welcoming, the more senior members are always willing to help the less experienced guys out with their fundamentals or with new techniques, which I am very grateful for, especially when I first joined. I also tried out a few of their boxing and muay thai sparring classes. I liked that the sparring is always light and technical. Coaches are always watching to make sure no one is going too hard or fast. Appreciate that there is a safe avenue for members to explore this aspect of boxing/muay thai in a controlled environment, where they can have fun without fear of injury. I really look forward to attending classes multiple times a week! Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for boxing or muay thai classes as the training is very technical and you still get a good sweat out of it.
David Andro Rivera
Been training Muay Thai and Boxing at Rebel for some months now and have been enjoying it. I love how the gym is able to train folks from all skills levels and the coaches are also very focused in ensuring that each one improves in their performance. I really like training there since the community is very friendly and everyone helps each other. You surely won’t feel left out and will enjoy and feel satisfied after each session. I would also highly recommend getting a personal training session if you want to improve your skills very quickly! Thanks to the coaches in Rebel for always pushing me and bringing out the best in me.

I started training here for a few months and I think it is quite a good place to learn boxing and Muay Thai. The coaches are friendly and welcoming and the people who train here are also very nice. I feel that my boxing and Muay Thai has improved much more as compared to when I trained at another gym. They teach different techniques every class which makes always it interesting. Their warmups and conditioning also work on many parts of your bodies which is good. They work on many areas so you are more well-rounded. Overall, it is a great gym to train at if you want to learn boxing/Muay Thai.
