Great place to satisfy your Bak Kut Teh cravings! I highly recommend the Braised pork leg/knuckle. Pro Tip…ask for fattier cut! You get more pig skin (aka collagen) and fatter cut (meat will be more tender and not dry). Order the large intestine ‘head’ side dish. This is also great! Slightly chewier than large intestines but much more flavourful and great texture. For the Bak Kut Teh soup, get the premium prime pork ribs as they are much softer and tender. Falls off the bone. You can ask for a soup refill. Dip everything you order in a bowl of syrupy caramelly dark sauce & sliced chilli for added kick and umami! Highly recommended!

Really cool night market to visit – hardest thing is choosing what to eat and not over indulging at the first place you find. Recommend bak kut teh (dry), the prawn satay, and the egg cake 🎂 dishes were $5-10 each.
